Riley's Hot Dog Burger Gourmet

After reading the reviews, I decided to stop at Riley?s. I'm glad. When it comes to hot dogs, I'm a bit more clean. I have the Classic Dog: Hot Dog, mustard onions and meat sauce. Excellent. The dog was a grilled Martin Rosol Frank. The bungalow fits perfectly and was hearty and substantial. The frits are fresh and hand cut. You can say they were never frozen. If you're in the area, you should stop. It will be worth your time.

We enjoyed the jalapeño and nameless burgers. Both were excellent. We paired them with some delicious Maine smoothie IPAs. And it exaggerated with Cajun frits. Good lunch would go back in a heartbeat.

Drove an hour to get there! It's worth it! The staff A. Recommended the Taco dog, tomatoes and salad on a dog?!?! YEP! Delicious! Other dogs we had Mac and Cheese, Delicious!! Jalapeño Popper was not our favorite, but the patty melt on rye... yum! And the hand cut pommes, we asked for them well made Amd they were perfection in a strong potato shape! The restaurant itself is beautiful! Super clean with open brick, old window with removable sharpeners, tin square ceiling tiles... I could go on, but I won't. Do a favor, GO!

Friendly, professional and tasty! I have a nut allergy and by calling in my order it was said that it was okay that they get it all the time. She explained when written on the order, all food remains far away from the peanut oil. Actually, they mentioned that only the frits are cooked in peanut oil, so everything else is good. We tried the loaded Salty balls! They were fantastic! 4 perfectly cooked potatoes small but good size order. Coated in cheese, bacon, chives, and we got a small glass of sour cream to put on them. Omg. DELICIOUSNESS! I loved having their Salty balls in my mouth!?? Now for her meat. We tried the American classic burger and the Patty melt. Thick and juicy. Try like a summer BBQ in the middle of winter. The American had all the basics you love. chopped raw onion, yellow mustard, ketchup, tons of pimples and cheese. The patty melt made me jealous. As good as my burger was, the patty melt is on another level of taste. Fresh rye bread, roasted, roasted soft onions, a burger cooked to crush juicy perfection in Swiss cheese, so if you pull it apart, the cheese gets all strings and your mouth starts only to water. We also tried one side of Mac n cheese. That was good. No strength here! It had paprika in that which added a beautiful taste. We will be back and try more amazing menu items. Stop the fantastic job!

Believe it or not, you're in New Britain at Riley's. Decor/design inside is high class industrial. Lots of choices on the menu for hot dogs and hamburgers. Had the Classic Patty Melt. It was cooked perfectly and served hot with just the right amount of Swiss cheese, sautéed onions and the rye bread was grilled to a nice combination of crunchiness and softness. If you are looking for a top notch burger place you can't go wrong with Riley's. Will definitely go again.
