Domino's Pizza - New Britain

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They were unhelpful and didn’t take the time to explain how to rectify my order. Instead, they interrupted me, canceled my order without understanding the issue, and hung up the phone. I simply had some questions, but due to poor reception, the interaction felt very rude. I've ordered from this location before and had issues with how the food was handled. With some new staff on board, I expected improvements, but it seems like the problems persist.

I’ve ordered online twice now, and I must say the pizza is excellent and the service is quick. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff could be a bit more welcoming when you go to pick up your order. Other than that, the service and cleanliness were both great.

My food is always served on time and hot. The service is really fast!

Horribleeeee! horribleistung and food! They needed 2 hours to deliver my food and then, up, some of my food was missing! if I could go -10 stars. That was ridiculously better!
