Hank's Frozen Custard Mexican Food

Hanks was my favorite since I could eat regular food as a baby. My mother ate it when she came with me. No one beats their ice, cones or tacos in Biber County time. But for as busy as they are, they should be credit until now. I never carry cash and cannot tell you how angry it is to wait in this long line to not be able to order. it should be a big sign or they should get esp with the time as they take debit and fees for them? It doesn't make any sense. Secondly, the quality of food depends on who works!!! It shouldn't be. I saw a younger child pouring a whole cup of water into the tacos meat when I got my tacos, I had to throw them away because the meat was cold out of the water and watery and that was not only meat cooked, it was terrible. Second, why change the cheese? The thin shredded cheese is one of the things I loved about her tacos. The new cheese does not taste the same if something does not change it! Also the older lady, the work windows are rude af.. the young girls who work there are the most beautiful cook the best. It should be the same quality and service and food every time! Please get it together, there's nowhere near you, but my last visits didn't want me back.

Great food... great ice cream!!! Dear Hanks and have so many great memories of my childhood in this place!!! cannot wait for the opening day!

The food is always great and pretty cheap we can eat cheaper at Hanks than Taco Bell even with dessert and it's better quality food

My wife had a small Chocolate in a waffle cone shared it with our dog, and I had a medium Rocky Road. It was delicious. The three of us enjoyed every lick.

Can't. Wait for opening day. Love the food my son can't wait to have a banana boat. Just don't like that they only have one window open at night for food and ice cream and gotta wait
