Willie's Grill Icehouse - New Braunfels

Typically, we have a wonderful experience here, but this time it was disappointing. Our food came out very late and was cold. The waiter did remove the cost of the appetizer, but we were already getting it for free through my rewards, so it didn't really benefit us. To make matters worse, we had recommended this place to family who was visiting. It was quite embarrassing.

Everything was fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and we had a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Kylee, was incredibly sweet and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also quite filling; they definitely don’t hold back on portions. The atmosphere was fantastic, featuring a charming rustic vibe with an industrial touch.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The only item that was slightly stale were the fries. However, the fish was outstanding, and the chicken willie was, as always, fantastic.

The gravy for the chicken tenders was overly watery and lacked flavor. The Loaded Baked Potato was dry, and there was no sauce served with it. The Fried Pickles had some pieces that were excessively salty. Overall, it was not the best dining experience.
