The Reel Seafood Grill - New Braunfels

The first time in the restaurant and had a great time. The waiting staff was great as the food was. I'll be back soon for more good food.

Good food and good service. The day was busy because it was Mother’s Day but they honored our reservation within 5 minutes. The seafood was fresh and tasty.

Great food. Great service. Never disappointed going here. It was especially busy on Mother's Day but we had excellent service and we were in and out in under an hour and a half. Love it.

Waitress was exceptional. The menu has changed in which they took two items off the reel seafood platter but increased the price. The portion of catfish was extremely thin and small and overcooked. The shrimp were small. I wouldn’t pay $30 for a plate here again. I am a frequent customer, however I’ll return but only to have their appetizer then go to Long John Silvers for my fish cravings. The owners really need to take the recent reviews to heart if they want to stay in business.

Shopping center setting is the ONLY negative I can say. Food was excellent. Service was amazing! (Shout out to Noelle). Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Would absolutely go back.
