Taco Cabana - New Braunfels

Taco Cabana? What can I say? I can say that I was very disappointed with this visit. I just came out of dialysis and my sister and I ate at lunch. I ordered a personal Queensadilla (chicken) received a cattle quesadilla, hard meat and tortillas. Stale ,stale ,stale . My sister got chicken flute when they were chicken, they were like a paste (real tasted like beans) quality was bad. Service was completely missing, as it took many attempts to understand the young lady, and we understand her accent; really hard. Taco Cabana used to be the place where I think the tc girl of old commercials would be disappointed.

I have given this location 4 chances in the last 7-8 weeks to get my order right (crisis Taco plate) and they have screwed it EVERY TIME. I don’t know how you consistently “soft tacos” from “beef crispy taco plate”, but they somehow manage. Today (Saturday, December 3, 2022) they did it again. Not anymore?

Very bad service forgot our nachos and Floutas all and all about 15 dollars worth and then another 30 minutes of my time and more gas money will not take it back from a local bad service. Not for the first time

Only good thing was the meat. Restaurant smells weird and not all tables are open. Salad bar is closed and they get upset when you ask for things. Beans are watered down. We got an uncooked tortilla. Don't come to this taco cabanaFood: 1/5

Always good munchie food. Plus now that Taco Bell no longer has anything worth a damn. Taco Cabana takes the lead. They just close to early.
