Subway - New Braunfels

These two guys deserve a metal! They kept cool there when they were super busy, along with the phone orders. So good job guys keep the good job!

Here are my two six-inch sandwiches. The one on the right is definitely the size of a child's sandwich. Even my other child's sandwich is bigger than the six inches on the right. When I brought this up to the employee, he said that while the sandwich might have less bread, you still get the same amount of vegetables. Thanks, Underground! What a way to take advantage of your customers.

I'm not sure why this location has low ratings. Every time I visit, it's always clean, and the staff are helpful and do their best to provide great service, especially the newer employees I noticed today. The variety of chips is impressive, ranging from baked to spicy, and it's refreshing to find Cheetos since they are often hard to come by. The line was short during lunchtime on Saturday, which was nice. I really enjoyed the new six-inch garlic chicken on a warm toasted sub; it made for a perfect lunch!

The two girls, Vivian and another girl whose name I didn't catch, were among the worst employees I've ever encountered in any workplace. They appeared to be joking around while being extremely slow and rude.

I gave this subway 5 stars for JUST BEING OPEN and for the hardest working employee in there. His name is Philip. This young man was hopin while the two high school kids were in the back. It is a shame that these restaurants hours have greatly changed or even open at all because there isn’t enough staff BUT when u hire someone like Philip, They better cherish this young man. True hard workers have become a rare find. ??
