Rheas Ice Cream- Nbtx - New Braunfels

Absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to find a variety of options, including dairy-free (vegan) choices! It was the perfect treat after dining at Tin Top, which is literally right next door!

The location is great and the ice cream is delicious. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. There was no greeting, just uncomfortable stares, and no expression of gratitude. It felt like being served by a machine rather than a person.

I was disappointed with my experience. They don't offer any samples, which makes it difficult to know what the Big Red ice cream actually tastes like. I can imagine the flavor, but it rarely matches reality—as I found true with both the Nutella strawberry and peach cobbler (which I've made at home before). Both fell short of my expectations, and had I been able to sample the unique flavors like goat raspberry jam, I might have chosen something entirely different and potentially had a more positive experience. Overall, I've had better ice cream elsewhere. The texture was icier and grainier than what I've experienced before, and the customer service was lacking as well.

Great Ice Cream flavors. Sea Salt Caramel and the Goatcheese with Raspberry J flavors are the best!

Never been here before, but since it’s attached to Tin Top Burger Joint, we wanted to try it.First off, walking around the corner inside the building they were making their own waffle cones and it smelled amazing! We got a couple of different flavors and they were great.Salted Caramel with Pecan Praline 7/10 it was a two scoop on the waffle cone. Both flavors were very good and the waffle cone was fantastic!Banana Pudding 8/10 this one was interesting as you could taste both the banana and the Nilla Wafer. Not too overpowering, but was just good. You could tell from all the ice creams they were probably homemade and organic.Waffle Cones 9/10 homemade and legit!Atmosphere 8/10 nothing fancy, but has the feel of a retro old school ice cream shop. Very clean and nostalgic.Service 9/10 our server was great!Overall 8/10 definitely recommend checking this place out!!
