Jack In The Box - New Braunfels

This is sad to post because I'm a jack n the box fan, but how the hell do you forget the main ingredient on not one, but ZWEI BURGERS. No meat patty on one of my children's cheeseburgers smh. Funny one of the options on this review was there vegetarian options available. I must have been forced into this option.

I had ordered 2 Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meals. Both burgers had only one child sized patty and two strips of bacon on a child sized bun. This isn't a mistake it is a rip off plain and simple. Then to top it off, the listed phone number is disconnected. So there is no way to call and hold them accountable. I live on the other side of town and I am in no mood to drive all the way back in the rain. If you go here, make sure to check everything you order before driving away.

Why is the dining room not open only the drive thru? There is no sign saying the dining room is closed the doors are locked and the employees just look at you like your crazy. We were down visiting and wanted to go in and eat.

Super long wait in the drive through with only two other cars in front of us. Took about 15 min for us to even be able to order and then another 12 min to get our food. In a drive through that’s not good. Sodas were flat when we went to drive them so we had to stop at the gas station to get some drinks. Just not what it used to be. They used to be an excellent place to eat, gone down hill tremendously.

This Jack in the box is the best we've had for years. The crew works New Year's Eve just before 8:00 was friendly, fast and made some killer food!
