Downtown Social - New Braunfels

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The manager stopped by a few times to check on us, in addition to our waiter. It was a great experience.

Meatballs and cheese tray were excellent. The hush puppies were ok, a bit dry. However, the 3 “appetizers” were enough for two to call “dinner”! Look forward to going back and trying others. Drinks were a good value not skimpy!

We enjoyed bowling, playing Scrabble, and eating at Downtown Social. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere, making it a great place for the entire family to have fun.

Overall, the restaurant is enjoyable. However, the food was not up to par. We received undercooked pizza and the Caesar salad was not made traditionally. Despite this, our server was fantastic and the atmosphere was lively.

Love this place! Amazing service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!
