Church's Texas Chicken - New Braunfels

While we were in Canyon Lake without electricity. The search for churches in New Braunfels. We could finally eat the hot food after 2 days without electricity. As always churches is a divine end. Food: 5/5

Now, about the food. The spicy chicken didn't taste fresh at all. As for the corn, it was some of the worst frozen corn I've ever had. On top of that, I ordered a 16-piece item, but received only three pieces. I admit it's partly my fault for not double-checking the order. Overall, I was really disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The lobby hours indicate that it closes at 8 PM, but it actually shut down around 6 PM due to staff shortages. This was disappointing.

The biracial young lady at the register was exceptionally friendly and courteous, providing excellent customer service. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Recent visit to Churches Chicken. I ordered dinner for myself and my wife. One thigh was ice cold one was steaming hot, the okra was lukewarm at best I asked for jalapeños and also asked again at the window if they were in the bag. He assured me everything was in the bag . And to my surprise after getting all the way home, they were not in any of the bags. If you read reviews pull over before leaving and check your whole order.
