Chick-fil-a - New Braunfels

A little slow but that’s only because it’s 2 lanes all the way around and it’s always packed. Means it’s good right?!!! Food great, staff friendly and nice.

As always, Chick-fil-A is so pleasant and willing to work with you on your order to make sure you get what you want. I was having trouble redeeming my Birthday Reward during breakfast and Amanda explained everything to me about using it during lunch hours. Thanks Amanda and Chick-fil-A for good food and good service. Also, even though Chick-fil-A drive-through is so crowded, they are always so fast to work through all the cars. It’s amazing how fast they can handle so many cars in such a short period of time. How ingenious that they cut a door into the drive through to make things go faster! Love it!

We were hauling a trailer and a young man at the drive thru was nice enough invite us to the curve on the back and he came to us with his iPad and took our order. He even brought it out to us. Wow! Delicious food and wonderful service.

Our family stopped here for dinner on our way home and the service was very quick, the food was great tasting and the employees were super polite and helpful coming by to refill drinks and get whatever we needed. Great service!

I never do that, but I had to publish my experience. The guy in the menu was so polite and nice! When we waited for our food, we literally saw everyone working together, no one stood around, no one complained. Even a guy with a boot on his leg worked his butt off! Excellent service guys and Gals!
