Church's Texas Chicken - New Boston

The food was hot and fresh, and it was a delightful sight after my journey from Memphis to Dallas. It was the best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time.

The food is excellent, and the service staff is very friendly and professional. However, you may have to wait 20 minutes if you want half the hull, but it's worth it for that perfect combination of a crispy exterior and juicy interior that I love. It's great value for my money!

Confusion on special, was used to sell combo instead. Had them correct this back to special order.

This place is full of RUDE and disrespectful kids who frequently score a zero on professionalism. This is a place that sells chicken but for some reason they are always out of chicken. This particular incident, I came to the drive through asking for chicken tenders and was told they were cooking and wouldn 't be ready for 15 minutes. I waited the 15 minutes and drove back around to be told that they are not serving chicken tenders anymore tonight. This was at 8:10 PM on a Tuesday. When I brought this up the staff became rude and went back on what they originally said stating that they told me they were changing the grease . All while referring to me as ma 'am the entire time. I 'm a man with a rather deep voice so this was a sign of disrespect rather than an honest mistake. I will never spend my money here again so long as these little kids get to act however they want to. Church 's chicken should be ashamed to even have an establishment of such low quality open to the public in the first place. I would give this a 0 on a scale from 0-10. The employees are lazy and shut the kitchen down at whatever time they see fit.

The service was good, but there wasn't any spicy food available. The remnants could use some cleaning as well.
