Sting Ray Cafe - New Bern

I just had the worst flounder dinner I've ever experienced. It was full of bones, which is surprising since flounder isn't supposed to have them. The potato salad and coleslaw were also the worst I've ever tasted. Sting Ray used to be a good restaurant, but not anymore. I won’t be returning.

Our meal was extremely disappointing. The "crawling soup" didn't have any of the expected ingredients, and the cookies that came with the soup were stale. After a wonderful day of sightseeing, we were looking forward to a delicious meal, but we left feeling completely let down. We won’t be returning to this restaurant.

Great service, miraculous eating, was from hering, but got the softshell, melt in the mouth, people will hate, but great food and great staff

We ate lunch here last week and were pleasantly surprised at the quick and friendly service, the good food and quaint quirky decor. The price was very affordable. We would definitely recommend this establishment to others and will return ourselves.
