Starbucks - New Bern

I absolutely love this Starbucks! The customer service is excellent, and the Mocha Destroy cookies are delicious!

That said, they usually make my drinks correctly. There was one time I ordered a drink with oat milk and she added too much water, so I ended up having to pour it out. It wasn’t a huge issue, though. I visit this Starbucks regularly, at least every two weeks, and often more than once a week. There are a few tables where you can enjoy your coffee, but it doesn’t feel very private, and the area can get quite crowded. The pharmacy is right next door, and there are several displays of Starbucks merchandise that could be more organized, as it looks somewhat cluttered. Overall, it’s a solid Starbucks, and I plan to keep coming back.

Wow! It's such a breath of fresh air to experience great customer service at a retail location. Brenda was absolutely amazing and assisted us every step of the way with our new countertops. This Starbucks is moved! They are at 3565 MLK blvd (about the road and down a little) so worth finding even though extra big, nice people!
