Mi Cabana - New Bern

The finest Mexican restaurant in New Bern! The staff is welcoming, the food is exquisite, and the ambiance is fantastic. It tends to get a bit busier on weekends, but that's completely understandable.

As for my dish, it was what you would typically find at Mexican restaurants along the East Coast. The ingredients are the same, just assembled with a tortilla or served without, and the flavors are consistent no matter where you go. I had four enchiladas for $10.99, which made the nearly $9 charge for a single taco even more outrageous. We definitely won't be returning to this restaurant because everything felt overpriced and unimpressive. There are plenty of better and more affordable options out there. After all, Mexican cuisine isn't meant to be gourmet.

This place is my go to in new Bern, their food is sometimes phenomenal but the rest of the time it’s solid. The service here is great and they want your business. I love this place and it’s my weekly go to for Texana nachos ?
