Kfc - New Bern

The dining room was closed, despite what the website stated. I ordered a 16-piece meal but only received half of my order: 8 pieces of chicken instead of 16, and 4 cookies instead of 8. I paid with my credit card and didn't receive a welcome. The lighting was dim, and I couldn't address the issue until I got home. I assumed everything was in the bag, but it wasn’t. When I called the restaurant, it rang for 10-15 times before someone picked up. I was informed that I would need to return to the restaurant and show my receipt to the manager in order to get my missing items.

Staff members genuinely want to serve you quickly. Many fast-food restaurants operate under strict time targets, and when these aren't met, it creates additional pressure. So, the next time you're in line and it seems to be moving slowly, remember that it might not just be the staff holding things up—it could be patrons in front of you. Additionally, many establishments are understaffed, which can leave the employees who are there feeling overwhelmed as they strive to serve customers efficiently. If you believe you could do a better job, we encourage you to apply!

Very rude staff, it needs some help in cleaning aspect, as it was dirty when I left, and the floor was very sticky, and there was a spilled drink without wet soilmark. Don't come back.

I love hanging around with the colonel! I ate KFC? My whole life! On the way there immediately to get a 3pc chicken!

The person at the counter at least was pleasant to talk to. No smiles on any staff, the lack of cleaning was apparent, bowls on the floor, food on counters, nothing wiped up after use and floor very sticky, Chicken dry, oder missing items if I had not ordered on line and paid already I would have walked out. I will not eat there again. Their Sanitation score was a 94 which actually surprised me.
