Bojangles - New Bern

The food is always hot and fresh. Staff is amazing ? they work so fast with your order. They were busy today. But got us our food so fast. ? Like 10 cars in drive thru, but we went through it quickly ?? I wish I got the lady's name! She was awesome ?

Your first impression is the sign mentioning personal inquiries and shorter hours. The staff seems inept, and they should consider reducing their hours even further than they currently are.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant, where I'm welcomed with quick and friendly service.

The simplicity of the food and those special Bojangles items really highlight these recurring issues. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. There were also past problems I've experienced. I received three rewards instead of four for a Supreme dinner. Additionally, there were no utensils included in my drive-thru order, which is frustrating, especially for such a straightforward meal. To be clear, the only issue with this specific order was the mashed potatoes.

I have often heard how great this place is with many saying that it is better than Popeyes, church and KFC combined. I am here to tell you that Texan was born in NOLA, this review is not true. It is best to taste bojangles like mild church or mild Popeye's. In other words, the wort was easy to absent. It was more like a pleasant version of Hartz Chicken. The fries were fine, and the Mac and the cheese were decent. I don't think it was worth the food waiting for 10 cars. The best they wanted was their cookies. Better than Popeyes and KFC.
