Dunkin' - New Berlin

They were sold out of almost all their donuts!! 5 stars for the 2 ladies working and still cheerful despite customers being upset. It just means people are supporting their local spot. Picked up coffee and it hit the spot. Keep up the great workladies!

Only 1st time there but they really seemed to have it together compared to other Dunkin's I've been to. I was hoping to get 12 pink sprinkled donuts for my girl's party and they had just that! Very kind and accommodating!

I would never go here or recommend this place! The staff have bad attitudes and we waited at the window for 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 hash browns! And guess what? When we finally got them, the sandwiches were burnt to a crisp and the hashbrowns were frozen in the inside! I noticed this when I got home, so I immediately called and asked for a refund. I was toldthere is no manager. Really? So just a bunch of people running a business with no management? Yea I highly doubt. Literally wentto BBB and had got an email from someone who manages that place and they said they will not be refunding me, of course notbecause why would you? So I disputed it with my bank instead. If you want to waste money on inedible food , go right ahead.Whoin their right minds thought this would be ok to give to people?.

We stopped for a coffee and a donut. We did wait to find out there was only one employee and she was doing her job alone. Drive thru, counter etc. we felt bad for her but she serviced with a smile. She definitely needs a raise. Great work ethic?s!

This place looks ROUGH. The poor gal at the counter is doing her best as the only person in the store. She was filling the drive-thru orders, the walk in orders, and the online orders. She was sweet and helpful. The building though? The trashes wereall full, bathroom trash was full, every floor and wall and surface in that building needs even just a simple sweep and mop.Whoever is the manager or owner here should be ashamed of themselves. Why are you not here making this business function on eventhe most basic level? Better hope you all don't get a health department visit.
