Red Apple - New Bedford

Been coming here for over 30 years. Good food, very fair prices, lovely family. I love their fried chicken wings, hot and sour soup, boneless spare ribs and their pork fried rice is the delicious.

Have always LOVED Red Apple in New Bedford.....Everytime I come back home and visit, I come to Red Apple and get some of that amazing Chinese food! Have never had a problem with them! Always recommend them over any other Chinese place in New Bedford. That's my personal opinion, and I've tried the other places! It's always Red Apple for me! Great, friendly service, amazing food, and a clean place, when it's back open to sit and eat at! It's also priced perfectly! Best Chinese I've ever eaten and no one can change my mind! Lol!

Great prices for great portions. The food isn't as flavorful (sweet) as other chinese resturants but for the price you cannot go wrong. The portions make up for it for sure. Employees are very friendly. We were suprised to hear sodas came with our meal. I'll be back! This is the new go to chinese food spot. I attached a menu (as of April 6, 2019)

I actually ate here a few times while I was in town. It's decent Chinese take-out, for what it is. The place is clean. Food is made to order, also no MSG when you ask, which is great! I'm allergic. It's mostly a take-out restaurant, not really sit in. Typical Americanized Chinese food, pretty much the same thing you get from anywhere. The place was clean and we got our food pretty quickly. Also, pretty large portions for the price! Person taking the order was friendly enough I guess. Their soda selection was wonky, lots of Mt Dew the one day, then pretty much only Pepsi the 2nd, and another day they had a lot of orange crush and diet soda... (cans and bottle drinks only). I'd probably go back if I'm ever in town again. Still looking for a Chinese restaurant that has anything on their menu that is a little more authentic tho.
