Been there a couple time, loved the food. I decided to order delivery, it arrived within 15 minutes. I soon learned why. I order a chicken basket and some potato skins, the fries that came with the chicken basket were burnt and cold, I got 2 little peices of chicken! The potato skins were nothing but potato wedges with cheese and bits of bacon on them, absolutely no flavor at all. I feel like I was serve food that had been sitting around for a couple hours waiting for abuyer! Never again!

We went midday on a Saturday so it wasn't busy. We started off with an order of golden brown onion rings, with a light crispy batter and fried to perfection. My wife had a Baked Scrod jn Butter and. Breadcrumbs with a double mashed ???? (she's fussy about her vegetables). She said it was very good..Our friend had Baked Stuffed Shrimp, 4 med. Size Shrimp with a typical breadcrumb and butter stuffing served with Fries and Cole Slaw. She liked it but upon trying it I foundthe stuffing on the dry side and very bland. My choice was Fried Oysters that were fried just right. There were 8 Oysters in all that were delicious and if you closed your eyes you'd swear they were Fried Clams and not Oysters. Mine wasaccompanied by French Fries and Cole Slaw. We passed on dessert because we had already planned to go for Ice Cream somewhere else (Moose Cafe see seperate review)The total bill including tax came to $99 which included 5 glasses of wine.The place itself is not fancy so TShirt and Jeans is OK. The bar is separate from the dining area to allow for quiet and privacy. Our waitress was excellent, very knowledgeable on the food, bright and cheerful, efficient, and sociable. Allin all it was was a delightful afternoon.
