Kfc - New Bedford

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, but they gave me two chicken littles instead and charged me for the sandwiches. When I politely asked them to correct their mistake, the lady insisted that I had ordered chicken littles, not sandwiches. When I inquired why I was charged for sandwiches instead of littles, she simply repeated that I had ordered littles, not sandwiches. In the end, I ended up spending $29 on two chicken littles because she refused to fix the mistake.

I was informed rudely that the restaurant no longer sells the McChicken sandwich, and when I ordered a bag of six pieces of chicken, I was told I would get three wings and three breasts. When I complained, they told me not to come back because they don't sell any dark meat. They claimed that no other place in New Bedford does either. I decided to go to Popeyes in Fairhaven instead, where I was served by friendly and polite staff who gladly provided me with all the dark meat I wanted. This will be my last time at KFC in New Bedford, as even the manager was rude and unhelpful. I did manage to get a refund for my order.

Delicious! I spent $50 on my meal. The service was great, the food was hot, and perfectly cooked.

I purchased a chocolate chip cookie last month but it was not in my bag when I got home. Today, I ordered another one and it was once again missing from my order. It seems like someone is taking the cookies for themselves or the money. Additionally, I ordered two popcorn chicken combos but only received half a box of fries with each one. The popcorn chicken was cold and dry. I paid $19 for cold, unappetizing popcorn chicken, half a box of fries, and no cookie.

For $10.50, I received 5 items and was given a warm, flat soda without ice. No sauce was offered and the service was rude. The food quality was poor, so I suggest avoiding this franchise.
