I received the wrong order and sent it back, only to be given the exact same incorrect order a second time. They failed to add caramel to my caramel milkshake, and when I requested extra cherries, I was told they had none. My meal came with fries, and when I tried to swap them out for tater tots, I was told we were only getting fries. I specifically asked for no whipped cream or cherry on my strawberry dessert, but it was completely covered in whipped cream. I was ordering for my grandsons, and the service was the worst I've ever experienced. It felt like they didn’t care about getting the order right or whether the customers were satisfied. The service was incredibly slow as well. Overall, it was a horrible experience. They really need new management and staff because this was unacceptable!
