Jimmy John's - New Albany

It was my first time ever in a jimmy johns. I went in w my boyfriend who has been to many locations many of times. Right off the bat, we did not feel welcomed. It was the opposite. The girl charged us twice because the card reader wasn’t working? Her solution was “call your bank”. Sooo now we get to deal with that when it could’ve been avoided. She was so rude about it. I’ve never ate at any other locations but my bf has and has never had a bad experience.

Placed an online order and it took an hour and a half to be delivered. When I called the store after 40 minutes, the person stated they were busy and hung up on me. Won't be ordering here again.

Jimmy John’s has the most amazing delivery people. Today when I had my delivery the delivery person forgot my drink about 15 minutes later she shows up with my drink and offers to pay me for it. About a month ago, I had another delivery person that found my wallet on my driveway. when she couldn’t get me at the door, she went to my neighbors house. She left the wallet with my neighbor to make sure that I got it back. Not only are they freaky fast they are incredibly honest and go above and beyond. Oh and their unwiches are also amazing! The caprese is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Pleas don’t take it off the menus!

Very fast delivery with a polite delivery guy. Sandwiches were great! Will definitely order from here again!
