Bob Evans - New Albany

Customer service was a 4. but I always had good waiters at bob evans restaurants. eating was excellent as always. I loved the kartoffel combated flounder was very good and damp. therefore we go to bob evans restaurants plus it is affordable on a poor man content

Eating was excellent! service was also great! manager even came around and checked with us and tables to make sure we were happy. will definitely be back to this location!

Around 20:15 clock was inaugurated only 1 server for the restaurant. his name is phil, he was helful, friendly and apologetic that we had to fly him down to take a place. we (man and I) have not noticed that waiting, but I flag phil off, so someone knew we were there. he sat and took our order immediately, delivered our drinks, salads and then the meal quickly. kudos to the köchen also, my western omelet was great! phil made sure that we had everything we needed in time. I told him he did a great job like the cooks he gave them. Ask for phil when you go, a pleasant nurse! great work from the employees, even if underoccupied.

I had business meeting about the breakfast 2 days in this week. bob. evans offered a lot of space, good eating, fast good service (only enough attention), and they were patient with the little time we took. I'm back.

We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service at Bob Evans. It is a nostalgic place for me as we often had family breakfasts there when I was growing up. Tonight, we enjoyed dinner and I ordered the BLT which was delicious. I opted for a side of green beans to try to be healthier, and I didn't miss the fries at all because they were also very tasty!
