Der Nudelmacher

The noodle maker was opened on the potato market in early 2015. The restaurant is located in one of the oldest semi-concrete houses in the city. The small guest room offers 8 small tables for its guests. Through this narrowness everything looks very rustic and cozy, feel comfortable. Anyone who has taken one of the places is welcomed very kindly and receives the menu. Further recommendations are praised on chalkboards. The noodles used are freshly produced and processed daily. Only fresh products from the region are used. On the menu you will find Italian noodle dishes and noodle dishes from Asian cuisine and German noodles. It is also great that you can see the cook at work over the shoulder as it is cooked directly in the middle of the restaurant. We chose a leg salad with super delicious dressing. For the main course we chose Thai-Curry with chicken breast and noodles as well as the German classic ham noodles with mountain cheese. The vegetables in the curry were fresh and crisp and the meat was tender with a juicy note. The ham noodles with small crispy hammocks and spicy mountain cheese were perfect al dente. The taste was really super delicious, appealing dressed and right in the serving.

The food always tastes very delicious and you don't have to wait long.

Right on the potato market, it offers specialties from restaurants that offer Saumagen and other Palatinates. Puuh. The noodle makers are a welcome change because they make surprise! Noodles, really good! The store is very small, with a tiny kitchen corner. No matter, except for peak times to ensure a longer waiting time. You can't blame the incredibly charming operation. The varied pasta dishes cost about 7 to 11 euros. There are Italian classics as well as currys or creative compositions such as homemade spaghetti with refreshingly delicious limes mint sauce. A room in a pasta shop!!! Wow, we were on Saturday for lunch at the 'Der Nudelmacher' and are totally enthusiastic!!! Super nice people, a beautiful interior/decoration and really delicious food...
