Berggasthof Lusen - Neuschoenau

The perfect place for holidays, nights, hiking and eating. not to despise the view from the terrace over the Bavarian forest at sunset. friendly staff in all areas.

Not only 3 stars okay, really okay! the clean, easy-to- hospitable close to the national park and with beautiful wide view lies in a steep curve on the road. challenging culinary delights are not to be expected, sometimes also regional cuisine in bayern. last but not least, it was only enough for one stop on the view terrace with ice cream (3,20) Haferl coffee (2,70) espresso (2,10) and apfelstrudel (3,90 probably tk): also for the Strammen-Biker and hiker on the road to recharge an uncomplicated space in the new energy. everything was served very hospitable and deliberately compensated a little lary.

After a walk we arrived here. the other hadn't invited me. also within it is more herbergsflair than restaurant. white walls, bare tables, floor coverings. the cola had hardly any carbonic acid and the beer was not cold. but eating was worth every cent. I had drunk with potato cheeses and sour wort for eur 10.50. the bark roast with crusty and red cabbage (blue cabbage) costs eur 9.50 both dishes delicious and sufficient.

I was there a week. The food was great, the room comfortable and clean and Elvira and her team very nice and accommodating. The view from the terrace with a cup of coffee is wonderful. Look forward to my next visit to Lusen Mountain Inn.
