Cleanliness, wellness area, service and food are always excellent. We like to sit at the bar in the evening. The rooms are renovated and really for well-being, even the public areas seem to have been freshly renovated. We look forward to the next visit, he is already booked!
Well, unfortunately, I can only award 2 stars for the hotel: one for the room and one for the wellness area. Unfortunately, that was all about positive things I can say about the hotel. We decided to stay for 3 nights a day before arrival. That was probably the first mistake. When we arrived, a guest was checked in. Finally, he was asked what he would like to have as a welcome drink. This was brought to the guest and we were in line. Unfortunately there was no question for us about a drink at the end of Checkin Prozedere. Okay, maybe not everyone gets the offer. It definitely leaves the first snack. We then asked for applications over the next 2 days. The answer came: all full. If we had to book earlier (I would like to remind you again about the short-term booking on the previous day . Then it was checked again in the booking book and suddenly it was here: yes today from a time of so much time and tomorrow at a time of so much time would still be free. What now? Maybe you should be sneaking up first and then something to the customer. Our room was really very nice and there was not really something to put out. We were really very happy with that. But then came the first breakfast: our name was not found on the list (I hear the nightingale called short-term?! we were then placed somewhere (I have already mentioned that the employees have no smile for one left?! No? Come on. Then it went to the breakfast buffet and what should I say: disappointing. Baking rolls, cutlery in discounter quality, the same selection on all 3 days. No offer of fresh fruit. I don't expect that in a 4 star house. Perhaps in a hotel with few stars (although I have breakfasted more delicious and varied than here . The next morning our name was still not on the list for breakfast (real now!? A hotel of this kind stands and falls with its staff. I am quite aware that it is difficult in the current time to find learned personnel. However, they should have at least one basic equipment for dealing with other people. A “good morning” or the like should already be in the area of possible. And don't leave the guest speechless or completely ignore. Furthermore, operators should comply, particularly when it comes to safety. The examination in the passenger elevator should have taken place in May this year. In this sense, a lot of success continues during the continuation of the hotel. We will no longer belong to their future guests
After a short holiday at the hotel some time ago still shocked.cleaning: toilet cleaning, before our arrival apparently forgot (see photo) . Glasses in the room only with lobes apparently wiped out (wipe tracks). Several dirty spots found in the bathroom. I was too deep.Rooms: Very modern. Establishment quite new. So much for positive. Significant security risk through the doors. Just a simple castle. The doors can also be opened in a theoretically simple manner with a simple footstep, even if they are closed. A hotel door should not be easy to enter theoretically.SPA: Newer small but fine spa area. But also here unfortunately smaller cleanliness defects are recognizable.Restaurant: Service definitely does not correspond to that of a 4-star hotel. The service has rather simple agritourism level. At least this applies to the service I was allowed to experience. But I was only served by a waitress who seems to be the operator's wife. On another day I was served by another waitress. Here the service also corresponded to the expectation horizon and was only positive.The food and breakfast were always very tasty and of good and regional quality. The staff is friendly and competent. However, the owner I once antraff kept in negative memory. To a simple question, I was literally blurred. So UNFREUNDLICH AND UNPROFESSIONELL I was served in a hotel NIE.Location: Very rural and very quiet at the forest and village of Neuenkirchen. Nice location. Conclusion: There are positive but also negative aspects. The negative overrides unfortunately. From my point of view NIE again.Safety: room doors from my point of view lacking. Don't offer real security.
Breakfast buffet is standard, the place allowance for breakfast and dinner is towed and not comprehensible. The choice on the evening card is good, the quality good, but in my opinion prices are totally overpriced compared to the competition. Service is very good. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3
