Phó Pasteur Ex L'obus

Mixed experience in this Vietnamese restaurant. The welcome is to review even if the language barrier has to play, a smile a hello always enjoys. The dishes are good but no more and I join the opinion of Jonathan lower regarding the Pho soup that I appreciate very much in normal time. The broth is good but not extraordinary and it is not normal to put 3 semi-balls... The minimum is to put 3 real balls as in other Asian restaurants. We'll go to another restaurant.

I am accustomed to order Vietnamese dishes that I love here, especially the Saign Onaise soup (hu tieu nam vang). but today a great disappointment, the soup has no more taste than if the recipe has been changed.
