Cook Grill - Neuilly-sur-Marne

Former customer of this restaurant, we found a fully redesigned room very pretty a very innovative concept because instead of the buffet stays quietly at its table and we order using its phone. the pedagogue server takes time to explain the system and then it goes by itself. more need to move in order from the phone the dishes have arrived in a minute sometimes in very hot seconds and in reasonable portions. more disorders like with a buffet more hot meals whole days in the metal trays more need to queue in front of the buffet finds on the map exactly the same choice as before. dishes must lead directly to our table by a small rigolo robot the kitchen is well equal to itself for a restaurant of this type. the price of less than 15 € per person is really reasonable especially for a Saturday. an unpublished experience but a very good time because we absolutely don't expect what is rare in restaurants. Three of us went on a Saturday night, we waited only 5 minutes or so to get a table. The choice of food is pretty impressive, especially the seafood. The quality of the food was what I'd expect for this type of buffet. The wok stations were a nice touch. The thing is, because the place is so enormous and because everyone is getting up all the time to help themselves from the buffet, overall things are really chaotic, quite noisy and definitely not relaxing. Cleanliness also suffers, it's impossible for the staff to keep up with the spillages on the floors and around the buffet stations. I'm not a hygeine freak, but even I was kind of peturbed by the cockroach I noticed crawling along the wall by our table... Also, we had parked our car on a street opposite the restaurant (the restaurant car park was full) and it was broken into while we were in the restaurant, along with a few others also on the road. Be careful parking in this area. We probably won't go back here to be honest. The Chinese buffet restaurant in Chelles offers much the same type of food (slightly less choice), but is much nicer in terms of atmosphere and dining experience. Possibly I'd try this place again on a weeknight if I was really starving and wanted to eat quickly, but I'll never go back there on a Saturday night.

Since the opening of the grilled cook, I have been used to go there for any occasion with friends or family. They have always had a well-rounded buffet, everything we are looking for in a restaurant of will. However, I heard that he had brought new things to the restaurant so I was quite curious to test but I was somewhat disappointed despite a very innovative service. we arrive in the restaurant and from the beginning it is announced that now drinks are no longer at will and this for a higher price it seems against me before). on our table we found a qr code that we had to scan in order to have access to the map and that will allow us to order directly from our phone. our commands are brought directly to our table by robots then we are served by the servers. so far the concept and superb but there are a few points that are not yet in the point, many of the things we ordered were never served or sometimes served in smaller quantities than what was ordered (e.g. portion of nems received at the place of the ordered portions). Moreover we did not have a single salmon sushi from the whole meal despite several orders made. We had to do several times the reflections to the waitress who told us to wait because the sushi are done by hand but despite the whole patient we never had them. otherwise the restaurant was completely remade and on this point nothing to say, very clean. And finally for the service I’m fairly mixed since there are very helpful, very polite servers but there are also very unserviceable and very unpolished servers. For me I find it normal that there are small fails but when the prices have increased so much, we still expect a service without fails and then drinks at will as it could be (at least a first free drink). Finally, to have been there since the opening of the restaurant I am a little disappointed.

Good restaurant at will but with table service. Staff welcoming good food.
