Zordel Fischsuchten - Neuenbürg

Zordel Fischzuchten was an unforgettable visit during a business trip in the Black Forest. The fish farm was fascinating, and the brook and the forest were a wonderful setting. Meals are very limited to usually a whole grilled or damped fish. Still, it was delicious. I even later bought smoked and cured fish from the store. They come here for nature, experience and a very simple fish meal.

We thought there was a short rest while walking around the Black Forest. This area has several snacks and fish restaurants of various ranges, which are only smoked or grilled forelen very delicious! U can also see how fish is raised in ponds.

We had excellent grilled trout. We sat outside, next to the river. This is not unusual food, but the fish is very delicious. We all enjoyed a walk through the ponds to see the fish. Mostly different types of trout. The surroundings are beautiful.

The trout breeding in the idyllic Eyachtal is an experience for adults and children. For over 40 years, trout has grown in pure, clear and oxygen-rich spring water. From the brook right at the table, the trout from the grill tastes best on site, and all without oil and fat. (Flyer) Of course you can also take home daily, cooked for kitchen all year round for trout. And gets the recipe, and the matching seasoning mix with it. The trouts are also very popular directly from the smoking stove. If you want to eat on site, a beautifully designed snack offers homemade potato salad and cool drinks right at the brook. I'm more like fish fillet because I don't like fish heads on the plate. That's why I want to buy the smoked trout fillets. Recently they also have a few disturbances swimming in the water, huge splendour, also there are smoked fillets to buy. Today we were again on site to eat less fish, but because it's always cool here in the valley. The passing Eyach, the 10 large ponds and a water channel that branches off from the brook and flows into the ponds where you can also hang your legs, is a popular destination for the Pforzheimer and the surrounding area. We have a pearl, just 15 km from us. For lovers of fish and the nature of the North Black Forest absolutely recommended.
