Taverna Mythos - Neu-Isenburg

The food is always very delicious. The entire staff is friendly and appealing. It is regularly asked whether it is disregarded and what is desired. Children are welcome, the host is very nice.

We wanted to eat delicious and remembered the Greeks and the big beer garden with beautiful old trees. There is still the garden, but the time of delicious food is over. Although the old name of the former Greek restaurant was taken over, this place has nothing to do with Greek cuisine. Only in simple order (gyros and grief). Salat was absolutely overwhelmed by the service, asked the orders several times at our and other tables to finally bring us our food after a long waiting period. The Gyros was ok, Zaziki was a liquid cucumber soup without taste and let the salad go back: a slice of iceberg salad cut with a cucumber and tomato soup and 1 tablespoon of dressing (cocktail sauce from the big bucket? , this was probably due to the Indian / Pakistan staff of service and kitchen. Those who only want to satisfy his hunger and have no great demands are well removed here. Otherwise in summer you can enjoy the beer garden with a cold drink and go somewhere else to eat.

In the very nice garden I had eaten well, especially the host was very friendly and it escaped, although she apologised that a colleague was sick and therefore took a little longer; I hadn't noticed.

The beer garden is very beautiful, you sit under a large walnut. Even the food tasted very good. There is a relatively large selection of vegetarian dishes that are not always self-evident. We have always brought bread without demand. Generally, we were very satisfied with the warm and attentive service. The owner is really a great hostess and we definitely come back! You should not really believe any excellent rating on the internet.

We were very kindly received. Since we do not like larger menus in the evening, we have ordered homemade Mousaka with salad and chicken breast fillet Paros and a 1/2 L red wine. We were very satisfied with this. By the way, the kitchen is in “Greek hand” and that was also unmistakable. We will come back and we recommend this restaurant.
