Subway - Nesconset

No a/c hot as hell in store its been broken for two weeks poor employees that have to work in these conditions .COME ON SUBWAY DUE BETTER

It take forever to someone take your order and if you try to order in advance it take forever too you I don’t know if it is they are short of staff or just the time I come in but try different time and still bad service

This restaurant is terrible. It advertised to be open at 7:30, but when I arrived at 8, it was still closed. I returned later and found people inside, but nothing was set up and the door was still locked. The following week, I tried to order a sandwich but it smelled bad. Additionally, they didn't have regular hero bread for three days in a row. The service and everything about this place is awful. I would not recommend it.

I went back inside to request that they remake the sandwiches since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. However, they refused to remake them, claiming they had done nothing wrong. Despite showing them the cold, untoasted sandwiches and the solid, unmelted cheese, they still insisted that the sandwiches were toasted. When we asked for a refund, they initially refused, but eventually relented after speaking with their manager over the phone. It was a very strange and frustrating interaction. I miss the previous staff and owner of this location, and I will not be returning.

I was there at 7:45 and it was already closed. It is supposed to close at 8
