However, locals know that it is one of the best authentic French patisseries in the country. We first discovered this gem at the local Saturday morning market in Currumbin/Palm Beach, where the French owner sells a variety of her products. The patisserie in Nerang offers a much wider range, including popular hot pies that are enjoyed by tradies coming in and out. Customers can also enjoy coffee at tables and chairs inside. A must-try is the Almond Custard Croissant, which is just as delicious as the almond croissants we had in Paris. Unfortunately, the owner has decided to leave the Palm Beach Farmers market in 2019.
The experience was fantastic! My husband had pie and I had an almond croissant with custard. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also offer coffee - I would have ordered some if I had known beforehand. We went to this restaurant to pick up a cake for my birthday and it was also delicious. The staff are very friendly and we will definitely be returning.
The impressive variety of cakes, slices, pastries, and pies all have a "wow" factor at this shop. Only the most delicious food made from pure ingredients is available for purchase. However, the customer service may be inconsistent.
I love the croissants and the éclairs. Good coffee. Amazing pastry.
There is no other croissant on the coast to match the original quality of this establishment. We are all going to miss you but a BIG Thank You!! for the years of dedication. Am stocking up the freezer to enjoy for a little longer your croissants.
