Domino's Pizza - Nerang

I have always been impressed with their online ordering. Also always received the delivery in the time frame and the pizzas are yummy. Tonight I had to phone as I couldn't find my details on the website and the young man was very pleasant. Well...done Domino's Pizza Nerang!!!

Pizza hadn't arrived an hour past ordering online. Rang Nerang store and spoke to an absolutely appalling staff member. He just told us the driver was on her way but made no attempt to call her for an update. He said she was doing a...double. What does that even mean? He was so rude that I really doubt that I could even convey how terrible his manners were. He kept saying huh? Hey And at one point said I don't know what you want me to do ay I asked to speak to the store manager and was put on hold only to be hung up on. He rang me back but said that the manager was on the toilet. I asked to wait and he kept repeating himself saying I don't know what you want me to do ay Eventually I said to forget it, I would drive the minutes down there and ask for a refund. Attended the store and spoke to Aaron. L who was even more unprofessional. He told me the driver had had a car accident. That was not true. So I asked to be refunded. He said he refunded me but gave me no receipt to prove that I had been refunded. When I said I wasn't happy with this, he told my husband and I to get out with a very rude hand gesture. I am absolutely appalled. I will never buy from your organisation again. I have never received such disgusting service in my life. Neither of these two boys deserve to have their job. The other customers even commented how rude the interaction was as we were leaving.

Stuffed up my order............again Pretty much every week something is wrong with my order I order Dominos nearly every Tuesday. I swear every week it will be the last time. The last time is coming.......

The pizzas just seem to be getting smaller and less care taken when placing the toppings on , also the pizzas were not cut properly all of them . Time to find a new pizza shop .

Pizza was easy to order online and delivered on time. Good toppings and tasty enough for a quick meal. They have a variety of toppings and sides to choose from. OK pizza for the price.
