Mcdonald's - NEPTUNE

The restaurant was completely disorganized and indifferent. I shouldn't have had to wait in the reserved drive-thru spots when there was no one behind me. I was instructed to wait in Spot 1, but it was already occupied by someone else. Then, someone parked in Spot 2 to go inside the restaurant, leaving me no choice but to park in Spot 3, hoping my food wouldn't be given to someone else. Unfortunately, it was.

WORST SERVICE EVER. TOOK ORDER 6 TIMES. feel bad for the guy on the register so if you were wearing the blue shirt with security vest thanks for trying. Maybe throw a McFlurry in?

In the daytime it's fine , but after 5/6 pm the workers barely acknowledge you or give attitude over simple stuff(girl at first window gave me a stank face because I wanted a reciept, plus it's slow why even trip lol). I don't right reviews ever but i'd suggest going to the wall or ocean location for good service

The man working the night shift was extremely rude. I was frustrated that my DoorDash order took over 35 minutes, and when I expressed my concern, he told me I didn't need to come there since it's McDonald's, a brand. He was dismissive about being behind on orders and showed no concern for customers who were having issues. This employee clearly lacks customer service skills and reflects poorly on the brand.

If I could rate zero stars I would.. the kid I was babysitting was hungry so I ordered him some Mcdonald 's from Uber Eats. Not only were the drinks warm the fries were cold, soggy, disappointing but his burger was lightly seared than threw on a bun. The center was ice cold the entire night he ended up throwing up. Do I really need to say any more? $20 for deliver just to receive this garbage.
