Absolutely delicious! Crispy crust and golden cheese, awesome sauce, all cooked to perfection. Only problem is their pricing structure seems a bit high and sometimes illogical. The combos are a bit different. If you don't like their toppings (eg: broccoli) you get charged extra for substituting. It's less costly to start with a fancy one and delete the toppings you don't want, or combine half and half. Forget building your own from scratch unless you enjoy plain pizza. Even then it is not cheap. If they had better specials I would return more often.

This restaurant is top-notch! They use fresh ingredients and cook everything perfectly. The Barrhaven and Metcalfe locations are both excellent. The pie may be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality. The staff is super friendly - I once forgot my wallet for pickup and the gentleman working wouldn't let me leave without paying. He told me to come back next time I was in the area to settle up. How could I not recommend this place to my friends after such great service? I went back the next day and paid. Give their food a try - you won't regret it.

This is a good chain, but this location not so much. Staff is especially rude for dine-in. Rolling eyes at customers and obviously annoyed at customers with simple requests. Also ridiculous to charge extra for topping substitutions of similar items (onion for peppers). Makes no sense and doesn't make the customer feel good. Will not come back for dine in.

I recently visited the new Barrhaven location of Colonnade Pizza and ordered a large pizza for takeout. Having previously tried their pizza at the downtown and Merivale locations, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the pizza we received was thin, soggy, and lacked sauce, which was very disappointing. This experience has made me hesitant to order from them again, although it may not deter me from visiting their other locations. I would recommend checking your pizza before leaving and asking for it to be fixed if it does not meet your expectations. Despite the crowded atmosphere, I hope that the in-store customers are receiving better quality pizzas than we did. It is better to be safe than sorry, so make sure to inspect your order before departing.

This was my second visit to this location once for takeout and this time for dine in. First, prices are different for takeout and dine in. A large veg pizza comes to about $30 but one large will easily fill 4 people. Overall good value. Second, we had a great time pizza good, Greek salad good, and fried zucchini was also tasty. Third, Service was quick and friendly.
