It comes with a nice portion of vegetables and is a relatively healthy lunch - just don't ask for extra sauce. It is loaded with sugar.
I don't eat here often anymore though I love the food the amount you get isn't enough and the prices have sky rocketed. One meal can be up to $20. But it's still so yummy but not worth it if I'm not full. Hopefully something can be done I used to eat Eco once a week
I've eaten at several "Edo Japan" restaurants over the last few years but this one sticks out as exceptional, in my opinion. The owner is not adverse to "getting it on" at the grill and cooking up some great food as you watch. His assistant was adding some flourishing moves to his part of the grill all the while singing some pop/hip-hop tune(?) that I was not familiar with. That really wasn't so bad compared to the usual "music" found in Malls.Great food, good portions, good price. Good work!
The cooks were loud, slow and got some of the orders goofed up. It is food court food, but they could do better. A&W and KFC are the competition, but they come in third.
Who ever owns the Edo in Nelson does not care about quality or taste. The food was slapped together by some teens that could barely put a bowl of cereal together and I felt ill for a few hours after eating it. That is an Edo to avoid.
