The Swedish Bakery Cafe - Nelson

This is exactly the kind of bakery/café we were searching for! Although it appears small and unassuming from the outside, the coffee was fantastic, and the croissants were out of this world! We picked this place based on a recommendation from a local who was in line ahead of us when we were having trouble deciding what to choose. They offer a wide variety of freshly baked goods, including a delicious veggie lentil pie.

Beautiful little bakery with an amazing variety of bread pastries and very friendly staff. As I couldn't decide what to get I had an apple pie slice with hot chocolate today and will go back tomorrow to try one of the rolls. Update : the brie roll was very yummy and the almond croissant was just amazingly delicious a must have if you love marzipan.

My absolute favorite bakery in town is Happiness Bakery. It's not just about indulging in a variety of delicious pastries; it's also about the feelings of joy and happiness that the baker infuses into each creation.

This place deserves a perfect 5-star rating for everything. The food, the coffee, and the staff are all exceptional. The baguettes were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. The cinnamon rolls were absolutely divine. Additionally, the barista who crafted our coffees (I regret not catching his name) made the best oat lattes I've ever had. Thank you!
