Subway - Nelson

Metro. I haven't read so good reviews, but my family went to lunch and I wanted to see for myself. I was blown away from the precautions the manager put in action when I said I was a celiac. I ordered a GF teriyaki chicken sluice. They cleaned all workspaces and all employees changed their gloves. My pack had double paper and I was just really impressed. I was asked if I had to see the allergy list, but I had already searched online before going. Well done Subway Tahuna, Nelson. I really felt safe to order from you. After asking that this is common and should happen over all subway NZ shops that are fantastic.

I went to the store today around midday. I have ordered veggie patty foot long as I am vegetarian after foot long has been made I have ordered toasties right after first order as I have forget to order now the Lady named “KAMAL” just made her face very bad and yelled at me saying “next time order in advance” was so rude she could even tell this to me politely and this is third time I am facing this not going their at all. Service: Take out

Had a discount voucher on the phone but it didn't work Food good. Staff too busy. Coffee machine not working

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. went into subway today at quarter past 1. was served by two young girls and an older woman. the older woman was incredibly rude to both customers and staff. she had no patience, was rude and snappy. she was belittling customers, rolling eyes and had an attitude so poor that the two younger girls had to apologise for her behaviour . the bread was burnt and my wrap was folded so poorly that all the ingredients fell out. photos are attached
