Daddy's Country Cafe - Neligh

I had heard great things about this cafe from friends in the area, so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, my visit on a Saturday for breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was cold, the eggs were overcooked, and the meat was burnt. It was a letdown, especially considering the high expectations I had. The service was good, with my waitress receiving a great tip for her attentiveness. However, the kitchen staff could definitely use some improvement. Overall, I was served subpar food and left feeling unsatisfied.

I did get to try a good dessert, but unfortunately the kitchen staff could use some improvement. My waitress received a generous tip for her awesome service, but the kitchen staff definitely needs some help.
