Qdoba Mexican Eats - Neenah

The staff was helpful and helped my friend who didn't know what to order meat. They left their sample to select. The room was clean and the food was the usual tasty Qdoba.

Great steak burritos, worth the price because it is quite 2 meals. I come here every week. All right.

Pros: Food is decent and the workers go as fast as they can to keep up. Cons: I was never given a receipt for my order; the soda machine only had diet sugar free options; the chips I received with my take out order were stale.

I am writing this review to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I can see that they are often understaffed, like many other businesses, and finding good employees can be challenging. I have had both good and bad experiences here, but I appreciate that they are making an effort to address any problems that arise. It is commendable that they are actively working to improve, rather than ignoring issues. On the occasions when I had an issue, they were able to resolve it. The main issue seems to be a lack of staff, but the regional manager is working on building a strong team and fostering good relationships among employees. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and I believe this restaurant is trying their best to improve. I encourage those who have had a negative experience to give them another chance, as they are making progress every day.

The shrimp street tacos were a disappointment. With only 5 pieces of shrimp and large chunks of onion, they were not worth the money. The avocado topping was not appealing. One taco was so poorly constructed it fell apart, prompting me to pull apart the other tacos to demonstrate how unappetizing they were.
