McDonald's - Neenah

I am a regular at this McDonald’s and love the customer service, but when I go to the house, I see a new employee. When I walk in him, he smiles at me and looks very polite. when he takes my orders, I read his nameplate, matte, my son's name was matt and was just like my son. they can say he is very passionate about his work and loves the work environment.

Went there around 9:40 ish after work as it said online that they were open till 10. Sat there and no one would take my order.

Teenagers that are clearly braindead work here on weekends SO BE WARNED don’t come here on weekends cause they are THE stupidest employees ive ever seen ? autism workers ? If so it’s okay but should not be handling other people’s food ..

Very quick service as compared to other locations at this McDonald's. Friendly staff and food tasted like it was fresh off the grill.

The crew is really nice, sometimes it takes forever to get an order, but most of the time there's a labor shortage. And there is not a full crew. The food is okay it's what you would expect from a McDonald's anywhere. Five stars because the crew is very nice.
