The Cheesecake Factory - Needham

I enjoyed my experience here. The reception and waiting staff were all very friendly, courteous (we asked to sit outside the restaurant in the open seating right at the edge of the shopping center), in time with the food. Our waiter beat the breakfast tacos (pictured here) and they were very good!

I was very happy with food and service! The food was very delicious and the server was very professional with good sense! My son really liked the children's menu Mac and cheese. And he also enjoyed the bread while waiting for the plates. Very nice family restaurant! I tried several cheesecake factory, and here's the best branch for me! I will definitely try again next time! I look forward to it.

My wife and I were in Chestnut Hill and decided on Cheesecake Factory. It was at 17:00 and we got a nice table immediately, Our server was very attentive without being intrusive. My wife ordered the sweet and spicy chicken and I got the Shepard Pie. My meal was delicious and my wife loved her meal. She tasted some of me and I tried to like her. She loved mine and I loved her! My Shepard Pie had the most beautiful engraving I've ever had! It was dark, rich and full of taste! It was life-changing gravity! The time yo get our meals after the order and get our food was longer than I would have liked, but made the delicious food for them! Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere was family-friendly. We have seen many parents with their children. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely go back!!

One of our family go to place in Chestnut Hill, service and quality are always consistent. These days when food price has gone up everywhere Cheesecake Factory I feel like I can get a decent meal at reasonable price and quality from here. I always order Thai Chicken Wrap. It’s my all time favorite, grilled chicken with lettuce, pickle cucumber, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, egg noodles, and 3 kinds of dipping sauce. Quite a big portion, it’s a satisfying meal. Also Miso Salmon with brown rice is always a family favorite.
