Atmosfera - Neckargemuend

We had a pretty bad experience at this restaurant. Firstly the service wasn’t great it took us 30 minutes to get water and an hour for our food to come. When looking around at other tables we also noticed small things, like we didn’t receive oil with our bread and when they dropped my napkin I didn’t get a new one. The food was basic, you could make the same thing at home. There was also a big issue with the prawns that led to the person I was dinning with to throw them up. When we complained about this issues they told us we were wrong and we were not given an apology. Although the atmosphere looks nice I definitely do not recommend coming here.

In a cozy atmosphere you enjoy a wonderful time out. Super service and all foods very delicious and lovingly arranged.

Very nice restaurant, good food and drinks and very friendly service. We celebrated our wedding here and were completely satisfied. Both in summer (outside) and in winter you enjoy a beautiful ambience. Thank you.
