Paprika - Neath Port Talbot

Ordered food, arrived late... driver was impatient. Knocked my door, didn't even give me a chance to get up and come to the door before consistently tapping the glass with his keys until I answered the door. Food was fine but the service, shocking. Second time ordered from there and both times, food was late... never to order from there again.

I ordered food for delivery and it took a very long time to arrive. When it finally did, half of my order was missing. I tried calling the restaurant for help, but they completely refused to assist me. It was a truly unpleasant experience.

We placed our food order at 7pm and by 8:30pm, it still had not arrived. When we called to inquire about the delay, the person who answered the phone spoke limited English and essentially informed us that our order would not be ready for another half an hour.

I ordered from Uber Eats over the weekend. Unfortunately, the wrong dish was delivered. Instead of a chicken tikka madras, I received a plain chicken tikka which was flavorless and the rice seemed to be overcooked. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Fortunately, Uber refunded part of the meal.

Three mates had a sit-down meal yesterday evening and was really good quality and value . Very tasty .
