Mcdonald's - Neath Port Talbot

Had 2 Big Mac meals. Food all Luke warm and not that great. Drinks flat. Very poor

Updated for August 2024 and still rating -100 stars! Literally popped in a few times, the service is atrocious- poor attitudes from staff. Often missing items, often cold items, always something unavailable. App doesn't always work here. Just simply crap Wish there was an option for 0 stars! Ordered on app, and then still had to join a 10 car long queue in the drive through- not sure what the point of that is! Paid via PayPal on app and then told at the kiosk it hadn't gone through and was made to pay again. Finally got our food... Checked emails-paypal had taken the payment. So had to then park and go into the store to sort it out waited (and was definitely seen! For at least 10mins...... Finally spoke to someone, then waited for the manager (wish I hadn't bothered! She was so rude!! No empathy, no compassion, atrocious communication skills!! And wouldn't refund it. So, I left, to go and eat our very cold (after waiting for 20mins! Food. Hopefully the app can sort a refund but I wouldn't step foot inside the this mcmdonalds again.

Order wait going through drive through??? Not a drive thru and still get cold food!!

Forgot one of the wraps, wasted money on something I didn’t have and won’t even get a refund cause it’s just way

Went to McDonald’s Baglan on 30th July 24’. Used the drive thru to order our food, in our order we ordered 3 McFlurrys 2 drinks with our meals, we was asked to park up for those items, after 10 minutes parked up we still hadn’t received our items, a McDonald’s employee came out to the Carpark so we asked him how long the items would be as we had a 4 month baby in the car and it was absolutely boiling, he said he wasn’t sure but went back inside to check, after a further 5 minutes I went inside to ask and the girl serving couldn’t find my order, so she put through the order again. After waiting a further 5 minutes inside I was handed 3 McFlurrys and our 2 drinks, after waiting an overall 20 minutes for them items
