Missed several items off my order and still hasn’t issued a refund 3 weeks later

Chips were awful greasy all brown bits stuck to them were they had been pushed around in the fat ..curry had no flavour just disgusting..and asked for a large cod but more of the size of a regular compared to the lady in front of me who's 3 large cod filled the box mine half the box ..want buy again what a waste of £20

Best place in neath for fish and chips etc.....still the best
