Playa Papaya - Năvodari

The greenest and most quiet place in a very crowded area during high summer season...

Papaya beach was the beach that I visited every day for the time of 03.08-14.08 we are a family of 4 people -2 adults and 2 children in the age of 12 and 14, kept in private accommodation on the d4 road and this was our comfortable beach where we can all stay under one dach. the beach-6 rows, 10-12 per row shields were cleaned and repaired every day, all day by the staff. (we call this person-the king because of his t-shirt-great-job,you unfortunately leave many visitors their müll and also the sea brings back the müll so that I only preferred once in my stay row nr.2 and then I returned to the clean row nr. 6, where I had burst to turn my lounge as I wish. many visitors prefer to stand on a lounge for 3 people coming around 15 o'clock. is this requirement really normal? the social distance is preserved. there is the possibility to reserve for the next day. sometimes the visitors have too many requirements in comparison to the cheap trips and the personal try to offer their best. most problems are based on these too high requirements of natives. I personally have experience in the tourist sector in many international resorts (Albena,Golden sand, dubai norwegen), where formerly more polite and comfortable than the local ones who probably never run a restaurant and have no idea what is to be part of this industry. so I can not agree with this experience with the bad comments and check the restaurant with 5 stars. the papaya bar

Beautiful place. the sea is not so deep. a perfect place for children to play and relax.

After waiting for over an hour, my fried calamari order came in cold and burnt. My friends’ burger and pizza was cold too. The taste was closer to frozen onion rings from the supermarket than calamari. Overpriced if you look at the poor quality. Bringing cold food after over an hour wait is just lack of common sense. Too bad as the location is pretty with nicely distanced sunbeds and hammocks.

Great place. tables under the trees. great food, delicious Romanian and international cuisine.
