Royal Food Punjabi Dhaba - Navi Mumbai

Was visiting this restaurant after a good 11 years and it was one of my favourites then, but this current visit was totally disappointing, our order wasn't written down by the waiter and he misjudged and misinterpreted our order, but when we created a ruscus in the end, the additionals were not charged. The Chinese soups were a bit saltier than usual. My previous favourites were the kheema biryani, but this time the rice was stickier than usual with aroma only from the well cooked minced chicken, the kofta were good, but accompanied with dry rotis. Butter chicken was okayish. Please raise your standards again, else won't be revisiting.

I and my friends went to this restaurant but the Food was not upto the mark. We complained but still no one cares

Very well managed restaurant having covered and ample open area to enjoy the meal. Food made and served with passion and the great hospitality of Punjab.

This review is solely for owner's attitude. Me my friend once visited for dinner had Chinese meal over there. We did payment through Google Pay and transaction failed. I did payment by other method. Contacted Bank and they said the beneficiary has already received...money but the restaurant owner is claiming he didnt received any extra payment. Only thing I expected from him was co-operation by providing bank statements so I can prove he hasn't received payment. But restaurant owner is not responding calls neither replying to messages. He is expecting I should travel to confront him personally. Very Disappointed. #Disgrace #Shame
